The Reading and Leeds Festivals are a pair of annual music festivals that take place in Reading and Leeds in England. The events take place simultaneously on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the August bank holiday weekend, sharing the same bill. The Reading Festival is held at Little John's Farm on Richfield Avenue in central Reading, near the Caversham Bridge. The Leeds event is held in Bramham Park, near Wetherby, the grounds of a historic house. Campsites are available at both sites and weekend tickets include camping. Day tickets are also sold.
Leeds Festival 2021 will have an incredible six headliners, spread across two main stages. And those six headliners will be Stormzy and Catfish and the Bottlemen on Saturday, Post Malone and Disclosure on Sunday, with Liam Gallagher and Queens of the Stone Age kicking things off on the Friday. The likes of Lewis Capaldi, Wolf Alice, Two Door Cinema Club, DaBaby and AJ Tracey also performing across the weekend. The organisers have pledged to make Leeds Festivals artists a 50/50 split on gender after initial criticism from some, who pointed out that a large majority of those performing on the weekend are men, with very few female acts on the original list.
