After much anticipation, 14-time Grammy Award-winner Lady Gaga has officially announced 'The MAYHEM Ball' tour with dates this year in support of her new album, MAYHEM, which received widespread acclaim from critics and fans upon release and debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200.
'This is my first arena tour since 2018,' said Gaga. 'There's something electric about a stadium, and I love every moment of those shows. But with The MAYHEM Ball, I wanted to create a different kind of experience -something more intimate - closer, more connected - that lends itself to the live theatrical art I love to create'.
The global superstar will bring The MAYHEM Ball Tour to London & Manchester this September/October. The singer last performed live in London at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the summer of 2022 in front of two capacity crowds!
Lady Gaga is known for her image reinventions and musical versatility. Lady Gaga began performing as a teenager, singing at open mic nights and acting in school plays. She studied at Collaborative Arts Project 21, through New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, before dropping out to pursue a career in music.
In 2008 Lady Gaga rose to prominence the following year with her debut studio album, The Fame, and its chart-topping singles 'Just Dance' and 'Poker Face'. The album was later reissued to include the EP, The Fame Monster (2009), which yielded the successful singles 'Bad Romance', 'Telephone', and 'Alejandro'.
