Tickets will be dispatched as soon as possible by one of the following methods as stated on the listing.
Postage - a traditional ticket that will be sent via Royal Mail's tracked delivery service. There will be an additional charge for this service but that will only reflect the cost Royal Mail charge. A signature will be required on delivery.
E-Ticket (PDF) - this form of ticket will be emailed to you for you to print out and take to the venue. There is no delivery cost for this service.
Mobile - this form of ticket will be transferred to a smart phone app you will need to download. Full instructions will be provided after purchase but you will need a smart phone to receive tickets in this form. There is no delivery cost for this service.
Please note that tickets can only be sent once they are released from the event organiser. Tickets are only ready for quick dispatch if it is stated on the listing, in which case tickets should be dispatched within three working days, otherwise please be aware that in some cases you may not receive the tickets until the week of the event. However, most tickets are dispatched at least two weeks before the event.
