Deposit Terms and Conditions
For selected listings we may offer a deposit option, where the buyer pays a proportion of the final price upfront to secure the tickets, with the remaining amount due at a later date.
Tickets will not be dispatched until the full amount is paid. This must be made at the latest - 28 days before the event takes place.
You will be notified when the tickets are ready for dispatch, and would require remaining payment between this point in time and 28 days before the event. If you pay before 28 days, tickets can be dispatched to you quicker.
The deposit is non-refundable (barring in the same scenarios laid out in the full terms and conditions, such as an event being cancelled). If payment is not received in full by the final deadline, the sale will be cancelled and the tickets relisted for another buyer to purchase, and the buyer will lose their deposit.
